With a total runtime of over 8 minutes across three modules, the program incorporated over 50 separate models, from the molecular (Angiotensin I, BNP, Endothelin), to the microscopic (red blood cells, platelets, endothelial cells), to whole organs (heart, lungs, kidney, liver, vascular system) and even a whole body. Creating, managing, and animating all of these digital assets into a coherent program with a strong narrative using a team of 4 modelers and animators working concurrently - was a challenge.
