THS grad begins cardiology work at city clinic Outpatient cardiology office has been in the planning for three or four years

Titusville residents may recognize the newest physician to join UPMC Northwest Specialty Dr. Christopher Good, a cardiologist who has expanded his practice to include a Titusville location.

Good, who will be at UPMC Northwest Specialty, 401 W. Spring St., the third Thursday of each month, is excited about returning to Titusville.

A graduate of Titusville High School, Good earned his medical degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed a residency in internal medicine and a cardiovascular medicine fellowship at Geisinger Medical Center, in Danville. He is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and the National Board of Echocardiography.

Goods father, William Good, was a math teacher at Titusville High School, and is now retired. His mother, Suzanne Good, also worked for the Titusville Area School District.

Dr. Good comes to Titusville through Medicor Associates and the UPMC Hamot Heart and Vascular Institute. He will continue to work at UPMC Hamot Heart and Vascular Institute.

Good specializes in preventive cardiology and cardiac diagnostics, and will offer Titusville residents local access to UPMC Hamots renowned cardiac care.

Medicor and UPMC Hamot now have 11 outreach cardiac clinics in eight counties serving western New York and northwestern Pennsylvania.
