NASHVILLE, TN KYZENs innovative new product technology team is introducing its new AQUANOX A4708 pH Neutral Electronic Assembly Cleaning Chemistry in Booth #1011 at the IPC APEX EXPO. The EXPO tales place Feb. 24-26, 2015 at the San Diego Convention Center in California.

KYZENs AQUANOX A4708 rapidly cleans under densely populated, low-gap PWB assemblies and is effective on all flux types, including no-clean and water soluble residues. A4708 is specifically formulated for enhanced metal compatibility and is safe for delicate gold and aluminum bonding pads. The specialized pH chemistry provides bright solder joints, even after multiple wash exposures.
