Does the name Bokhee ring a bell? After 11 seasons of Greys Anatomy its time to meet the scrub nurse who has seen it all!

Meredith Grey, Derek Shepherd, Richard Webber, Alex Karev, Amelia Shepherd, Miranda Bailey, all of these prominent surgeons would not be where they are in season 11 without one important person Bokhee. The silent, but ever present scrub nurse is the glue that holds the entire surgical team together.

From the moment Meredith slipped her hand into the chest cavity of a man carrying an active bomb, Bokhee has stuck by the men and women in the OR of Seattle Grace. Speaking of the hospital formally known as Seattle Grace, Bokhee has also survived a series of firings, hirings, nurses strikes, and other personnel changes. Bokhees employment was never at stake. In fact, youd forget she was there if you werent paying close attention.

She does not say much, but her eyes and ears know a great deal more than the mouth behind her mask lets on. Bokhee has said Doctor on one occasion, and knows each surgeons favorite routines in the OR, including putting on some tunes and going with the flow.

You go, Bokhee!

She is the go-to scrub nurse for all major operations, including Amelia Shepherds career defining moment this season as she removed the monster tumor from Nicole Hermans brain. Why is she so great at her job? Perhaps it has something to do with the fact that when she is not filming episodes of Greys Anatomy she is assisting surgeons in a real OR as a scrub nurse. Thats right, Bokhee is a professional scrub nurse when she is not moonlighting as an actress playing one!

You can bet that no matter how crazy the surgeries seem over the years of Greys Anatomy that the doctors are being handed the correct instruments they ask for in the fake OR. For all the she doesnt say, Bokhees presence is still a relief when the going gets tough.

If we could have lunch with any professional from Grey Sloan Memorial, Bokhee is the first person wed call.
