Since May is Mental Health Month, Solvista Health has announced that is using this month to highlight #Tools2Thrive.

These tools can be used daily by individuals to prioritize their mental health, resiliency in face of trauma and obstacles, support those who are struggling, and work towards a path of recovery.

According to Solvista Health, one in five people will experience mental illness during their lifetime. Due to current COVID-19 stressors, as well as day to day life, many more are currently facing various stressors. With the use of these tools and support from friends, family, and coworkers, those struggling with their mental health will be able to better work toward a path to recovery.

Solvista Health will be offering tools to thrive on their Facebook page during the month of May. They add that they want to remind the community that taking a mental health screen through Solvista Health Free Screening is an easy and fast tool when answers are needed.

Free Virtual Support Groups via Zoom on topics ranging from: Parenting During COVID-19, Physical Activity and Wellness, Substance Abuse and Recovery, Music, Grief Recovery, Cooking, Homework Help for Students, and more are another tool for those wanting to improve their mental health.

#Tools2Thrive strives to find a balance between physical and mental, the ups, and the downs.
