From putting up rainbows and banners to coming up with songs and lighting up buildings in blue, here are some of the other ways that the West Country has been paying tribute.

Cornish man with cerebral palsy plays keyboards for key workers

At 8 pm tonight, Bobby Roberts from Conce Moor near Lanivet will be playing a duet in honour of those working to help people with Covid-19. Bobby is 29 and was born with cerebral palsy. His mother says he can't speak much but he likes to play keyboard for people.

He loves to play for his care-workers and the NHS who have helped him throughout his life. People usually love it when he plays and sheds a tear.

Dursley Male Voice Choir performs 'Over the Rainbow' for NHS and carers

Thinking of rainbows, some of Gloucestershire's finest singers have come together 'virtually' to record their own arrangement of 'Over the Rainbow'. The Dursley Male Voice Choir may be furloughed at the moment but that hasn't stopped them singing - and paying tribute to the NHS staff and carers on the frontline during Covid-19.

Children at Tortworth Primary School in Gloucestershire have put a heartwarming video together to say thank you to all the key workers helping to keep them safe and healthy during the Covid-19 crisis.

Here's a song that has been specially written to pay tribute to NHS key workers. 24 people across Somerset and Wiltshire came together - thanks to modern technology - to perform "You make it better".
