SpaceX’s success another 23 Starlink smallsats on Wednesday SatNews – SatNews

On Wednesday, April 10 at 1:40 a.m. ET, Falcon 9 launched 23 Starlink satellites to low-Earth orbit from Space Launch Complex 40 (SLC-40) at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station in Florida.

This was the second flight for the first stage booster supporting this mission that previously launched Crew-8, and now this one Starlink mission.

Following stage separation, the first stage landed on the Just Read the Instructions droneship that is stationed in the Atlantic Ocean.

SpaceX is targeting Tuesday, April 9/Wednesday, April 10 for a Falcon 9 launch of 23 Starlink satellites to low-Earth orbit from Space Launch Complex 40 (SLC-40) at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station in Florida. Liftoff is targeted for 12:04 a.m. ET (9:04 p.m. PDT), with backup opportunities available until 3:30 a.m. ET. If needed, additional opportunities are also available on Thursday, April 11 starting at 12:18 a.m. ET.

According to weather officials, theres a 90% chance of favorable weather conditions at the time of the launch. The forecast calls for a temperature of 71F, overcast clouds, 100% cloud cover and a wind speed of 13mph.
