BeneCard PBF Names Bill Wolfe Senior Executive Vice President of Pharmacy Services

Michael Perry, President, BeneCard PBF, is pleased to announce that Bill Wolfe has joined the Prescription Benefit Facilitator (PBF) as the Senior Executive Vice President of Pharmacy Services. With offices in both Orlando, FL and Mechanicsburg, PA, Mr. Wolfe will directly oversee the Clinical, Compliance, Sales and Business Informatics Groups.

Kenneth D. Ullman, Chairman of the Board, BeneCard PBF, noted that Bill has over 25 years of managed care and pharmacy benefit experience and is a recognized and highly regarded leader in the prescription benefits industry. Mr. Wolfe joined BeneCard PBF after serving as President of Prescription Benefit Management Services at Catalyst Health Solutions Inc., a publicly traded Fortune 500 PBM. Wolfe played a leading role in refining and maintaining the Catalyst brand and its go to market strategy while directly overseeing Clinical, Financial Business Operations/Pricing, Informatics and Business Intelligence, Marketing & Communications, Product Development, and Retail Networks.

In July 2012, Catalyst Health Solutions Inc. merged with SXC Health Solutions.

Prior to joining Catalyst, Mr. Wolfe held executive positions with Rite Aid Corporation, last serving as Senior Vice President of Managed Care and Government Affairs. He initially served as COO of Eagle Managed Care, Rite Aid's PBM subsidiary at the time, where he was instrumental in driving growth and in leading the integration of Eagle into PCS Health Systems, the largest PBM in the country at the time of its acquisition by Rite Aid.

Mr. Wolfe is a graduate of the Pennsylvania State University and The Dickinson School of Law.
