K. Pickler Gives $35K to American Cancer Society; CVS Expands Diabetes Program- Health Min 11/8/12
The American Cancer Society has received $35000 from country singer Kellie Pickler and Athena bottled water to help end breast cancer. The funds, offered by Athena at the singer #39;s request to raise awareness about the disease in younger women, will be used for Society research, programs, and services. CVS/pharmacy is expanding its ExtraCare Advantage Diabetes program to offer $130 in savings as well as the savings and rewards members receive for just signing up.
