Epilepsy is a chronic neurological condition that results from the generation of electrical signals inside the brain, causing recurring seizures. The Epilepsy Center at Saint Peter's University Hospital treats both children and adults. It's a Level 4 epilepsy center which is the highest rating from the National Association of Epilepsy Centers.
