THIS is the shocking moment a sick bully mocks a man with cerebral palsy then punches him in the face.

The cruel man sees his victim walk out of a store and immediately mimics his walk.

West Chester Police

As the disabled man turns around to confront his taunter he is hit on the side of his face with a hard blow.

He staggers against his car in disbelief while holding his face as his attacker laughs and walks away.

Barry Baker, who was caught mocking the 22-year-old man, is seen making a gesture with his hands as if the punch hurt.

He reportedly fled the area but was arrested after police looked at footage.

He was filmed targeting the young man outside a 7-Eleven in West Chester, Pennsylvania on May 10.

He has been charged with assault after it is alleged he waited for the man to come out of the store and punched him.

Baker has been released on bail and will return to court on May 30.

Chester County District Attorney Tom Hogan told KYW-TV: This defendant is a bully.

Every decent citizen should be outraged by the defendants conduct.

The victim is to be commended for keeping his cool and notifying the police

Earlier this year a policevideo warning heroin dealers to run and hide went viral after the officers were mocked for looking like ISIS jihadis.

The footage released by the Lake County Sheriffs Department in Florida features Sheriff Peyton C Grinnell surrounded by four balaclava clad officers.

Staring straight down the camera, fixing the drug pedlars with a stony glare Sheriff Grinnell issues his warning as the masked cops stand menacingly on his flanks.
