The Denver Nuggets are located in the "Mile High City", and they #39;re called the "Nuggets". Is it a coincidence that marijuana is now legal in the state of Colorado? Yes. "Nuggets" refers to Colorado #39;s gold-mining past, not the nuggets of primo sticky icky which are available in every pharmacy and grocery store. "Mile High" refers to the actual altitude of Denver, not the stoned condition of many of its residents. After his big 24 point effort last night, Iguodala immediately ran back to the locker room to devour a whole big bag of Doritos chips (cool ranch flavor). Eyewitnesses also reported baggies of an unknown green substance in his locker. Who knows what that could be. I guess these clips really are "high"-lights. All clips property of the NBA.
