Back pain and sciatic pressure relieved after using crutch for 6 months after back operation.
This video shows you the retired nurse who walked without crutch for the first time in 6 months after a spinal operation. This woman came into the Bedworth Park Pick n Pay Hyper pharmacy, in severe back pain unable to walk properly, and walked out of the store without her crutch or stick after Sister Jenny gently massaged her back away from the waist going down the side of the spine, outwards, around the hip and back into the waist, on either side of the spine with first Sister Jenny #39;s Multi-Purpose Cream and then Sister Jenny #39;s Joints and Muscle Cream. Sister Jenny massaged the leg from the ankle upwards along the painful area all the way up the leg into the hip area gently in circles. Sister Jenny also massaged or stroked in circles, from the waist to the coccyx, in circles very gently. All massage was done gently. Sister Jenny #39;s Creams when used one after the other first Sister Jenny #39;s Multi-Purpose and then Sister Jenny #39;s Joints and Muscle, help to penetrate deeply and relax the muscle spasm that is pulling the spine causing pressure on the spinal cord affecting the sciatic nerve. She will need to use the cream frequently to assist with pain relief and initially 2 to 3 times per day.
