BIND Therapeutics Announces Closing of Initial Public Offering

BIND Therapeutics, Inc. (BIND) announced today the closing of its initial public offering of 4,700,000 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $15.00 per share, resulting in gross proceeds of $70,500,000 before underwriting discounts and commissions. The shares began trading on The NASDAQ Global Select Market under the ticker symbol BIND on September 20, 2013.

Credit Suisse (USA) LLC and Cowen and Company, LLC are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering. Stifel Nicolaus & Company, Incorporated and JMP Securities LLC are acting as co-managers.
