GRAND RAPIDS, MICH. - Brain injury, and especially traumatic brain injury, can have life-changing impact on both survivors and families.
The good news is, there are important resources available to both, right here in West Michigan.
Dr. Aashish Deshpande is the Division Chief of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Spectrum Health and Tom Constand is President and CEO of The Brain Injury Association of Michigan. They joined us to talk about the diagnosis and treatment of brain injury, and how critical it is to seek help fast.
