Read Time: Scientists have long believed that a single traumatic brain injury (TBI) earlier in life may contribute to problems with memory, thinking and depression later in life. St Davids South Austin Medical Center allegedly refused to treat quadriplegic Michael Hickson, 46, because his disability meant he had "no quality of life."
