Hugh Parker Humboldt Medical Specialists has announced it will continue the cardiology practice of Dr. David Ploss, who recently relocated after 17 years of practice in the Eureka area. Humboldt Medical Specialists will assume care for patients at the HMS Cardiology Clinic & Diagnostic Center in the same office, located at 2332 23rd St. HMS also has a second cardiology office located at 2773 Harris St., where patients can continue to make appointments. Patients can expect to see new faces as some of the cardiologists and staff from our Harris Street location transition to the new 23rd Street location: Tin Botzler Dr. Parker is board certified in internal medicine and cardiovascular disease. He became interested in, and, ultimately dedicated to the field of cardiac imaging because he believes it is through the combination of each patient's story and the use of modern diagnostic technology that the question of how to best serve each individual patient can be answered. He attended medical school at Mercer University School of Medicine in Georgia and completed his residency at Yale University Bridgeport Hospital in Connecticut.
