SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, Calif., May 16, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Cytokinetics, Incorporated ( CYTK) today announced three Late-Breaking Science presentations at Heart Failure 2022, an International Congress of the European Society of Cardiology taking place online and in Madrid, Spain from May 21, 2022 May 24, 2022. The presentations will include interim data from the open-label extension study of aficamten, REDWOOD-HCM OLE (Randomized Evaluation of Dosing With CK-274 in Obstructive Outflow Disease in HCM) and two additional analyses from GALACTIC-HF (Global Approach to Lowering Adverse Cardiac Outcomes Through Improving Contractility in Heart Failure), one on the effect of treatment with omecamtiv mecarbil in patients with heart failure with reduced ejection fraction (HFrEF) and low blood pressure, and the other on the impact of tricuspid regurgitation on clinical outcomes in patients with HFrEF.
