Health Scientists at Edinburgh University are testing a new technology which may be able to prevent some heart attacks and potentially save thousands of lives. Thursday, 17th December 2020, 7:00 am The computer algorithm may be able to detect undiagnosed coronary heart disease in CT scans, thereby identifying patients at risk of heart attack.
