New York, NY (PRWEB) March 14, 2013 The prescription drug resource center DrugRisk.com is alerting patients who have taken the diabetes medication Actos of updated legal news on the site from an ongoing trial over charges that the diabetes drug caused bladder cancer, and that the drug maker failed to warn users of the dangers. The goal of DrugRisk is to improve consumer safety by providing the latest drug warnings, recalls, legal news and studies. Patients taking Actos have concerns over bladder cancer risks and whether they should seek legal advice, explains DrugRisk representative Ryan Mayer. The resource center contains Actos warnings from both the FDA and European Medicines Agency* who have stated long-term use of the drug may be associated with an increased risk of bladder cancer.
