How To Cut Your Bangs (Fringe) shorter This is how I cut my bangs shorter. I have not seen a hairdresser in more then a year now since I don't really trust them. They don't cut my hair like I want to cut it so I googled some tips on how to cut my fringe and VOILA. There you have it. Please ask me for any tips on anything... I will be more then happy to help. I used a trimming scissor which I bought at the big pharmacy for about R20 which is about 3 - 4 dollars. (If my maths have not failed me) My hair was dry when doing it and I brushed it out before hand for equal length... The trimming scissors do add some volume and character to it.... Other alternatives is using a shaver (Some people do that) but I find that to pull and tug on my hair and I don't like that.... This helped more.
