We opened our Metairie practice almost two decades ago in 1996. Our office is very close to the causeway with easy access to New Orleans. We are located three blocks from beautiful Lake Pontchartrain. We take several measures to improve your experience while you wait at our comfortable office. For example, our staff provides complimentary hot tea and iced lemon water.

Dr. Metzinger performs a full spectrum of body contouring, facial plastic surgery, and breast enhancement procedures. He uses many sophisticated, customizable techniques to suit your specific needs and preferences. He provides standard, minimal access cranial suspension (MACS), deep-plane, and mini facelifts for patients, depending on the severity of their drooping or wrinkled skin and their desired results. Dr. Metzinger is also skilled at using liposuction for fat grafting, and has written about the topic for an academic publication. During this procedure, he extracts excess fat cells from one part of the body, such as the thighs or upper arms, purifies them, and uses them to enhance another area, like the lips or cheeks.
