Lee Jackson, MD, joins CHI Memorial Urology Associates. Jackson has been with CHI Memorial for more than 10 years and is one of the foremost surgeons in America using the DaVinci robotic prostate surgical system. The former head of urology at the Cleveland Clinic Florida, he has performed nearly 1,800 robotic procedures. Jackson received his medical degree from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. He completed his residency in general surgery and urology, and a fellowship in renal transplantation and renovascular surgery, at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation in Cleveland, Ohio.

Cathy Cornett, FNP-C, joins USA Vascular, a division of University Surgical Associates, as a nurse practitioner who will follow patients in the hospital setting after vascular surgery procedures. Cornett has been a practicing registered nurse since 1984, working in emergency medicine, the cardiac catheterization lab, as Life Force flight RN, and most recently as house supervisor and patient flow manager at Erlanger Health Systems. She earned her nursing degree from Baroness Erlanger School of Nursing and completed training to become an EMT paramedic from Chattanooga State Technical Community College.

Perry Poole joins the Warren & Griffin law firm family. Poole is a graduate of Hixson High School, class of 1978, and graduated from University of Tennessee at Chattanooga with a bachelor's degree in criminal justice, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. Poole has spent 36 years as a litigation legal assistant at several Chattanooga law firms.

David Richards joins Hullco, one of Tennessee's biggest home remodelers with offices in Chattanooga and Knoxville. Richards was appointed Hullco's sales manager and will be responsible for leading the company's growing sales team of product specialists in both Chattanooga and Knoxville markets. Richards comes to Hullco after 10 years in transportation sales with Estes Express Lines.

Ryan Voskuil, M.D., joins Erlanger Orthopaedic Institute. As a former Erlanger orthopaedic surgery resident affiliated with the University of Tennessee College of Medicine Chattanooga, Voskuil has returned to Erlanger as the region's only adult and pediatric fellowship-trained orthopaedic oncologist. In his new role, Voskuil creates the region's first dedicated sarcoma team and bring orthopaedic oncology principles to the management of metastatic bone disease and benign conditions of the musculoskeletal system. Voskuil attended the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston before completing his orthopaedic surgical residency in Chattanooga, where he developed skills in fracture care, joint replacement, arthroscopy and care for many other common orthopaedic problems.

Kimberly Lawrence joins the Chattanooga office of HHM Certified Public Accountants as tax director. Lawrence brings more than 30 years of experience to the firm's tax practice. Lawrence advises clients in the areas of tax compliance, business and individual tax planning, and organizational restructuring. Prior to joining HHM, Lawrence was a shareholder with a regional firm where her areas of emphasis included multi-family and commercial real estate, partnership structuring, like kind exchanges, and high net worth individuals.

Rochelle Jones joins the Behavioral Medicine Department at Siskin Hospital. Dr. Jones obtained her doctorate in psychology from Loma Linda University in Loma Linda, California. She completed her two-year postdoctoral fellowship in Clinical Neuropsychology at VA Puget Sound Healthcare System, American Lake Division, which is an accredited program of the American Psychological Association. Jones specializes in assessment and treatment of traumatic brain injury/concussion, stroke, dementia, movement disorder and other medical and neurological conditions that affect cognitive functioning.

Brett Johnson is named chief risk officer and executive vice president of Millennium Bank in Chattanooga. Johnson oversees risk management operations at the bank's five locations throughout Hamilton County and five additional locations in Lake City, Gainesville and Ocala, Fla. Johnson has worked for 13 years as a commissioned risk examiner with both the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation and Georgia Banking Departments. He also served as a lender, factoring company manager, special assets officer and a loan review officer. His banking experience in large, regional and community banks includes First Tennessee Bank, the former Cornerstone Community Bank, National Cooperative Bank in Washington, D.C., and Fuji Bank in Atlanta.

Lynn Mucciano, Vice President of Sales & Marketing, now leads Vision's strategic sales focus and expanding marketing initiatives with her expertise in developmental sales and marketing. Mucciano joins Vision most recently from Maverick Hotels and Restaurants, a startup hotel and restaurant developer. Her accomplishments there included unprecedented growth ending 2019 with nine open hotels, one destination restaurant, Offshore- Navy Pier the Guinness Book of World Records largest rooftop bar, and six hotels in the development pipeline. Mucciano is a skilled expert in formulating winning business plans that identify opportunities for accelerated growth, and an established record for building and retaining highly motivated sales teams.

Jay Hildebrand joins Decosimo Corporate Finance, LLC, as a managing director. Hildebrand works from the Chattanooga office focusing on maximizing privately-held businesses' value for owners through sell-side transaction advisory and corporate finance services. Hildebrand joins DCF from Alderman Holdings, LLC (Alderman), a Chattanooga-based, independent sponsor private equity group that he co-founded in 2015. Alderman successfully raised private capital, completed several acquisitions, operated its portfolio companies, and sold one of its companies to a strategic buyer. Prior to Alderman, Hildebrand worked as an associate at Leitner Williams Dooley & Napolitan, PLLC. Hildebrand's background in private equity and his experience as an attorney will prove an invaluable resource both to DCF and its clients.
