First Amendment
Long Beach Police arrested this guy who only appeared to be going a little bit fast. He didn #39;t seem to be acting weird, so I think that his 4th amendment rights were violated when they removed his boots to search them. Yes, there had been drugs in that area of the city at the time, but this would be considering profiling just on looks. Also they tell me to take my camera back inside? Uh no thanks! I think you #39;re being naughty and I #39;m trying to catch it on camera.
