Sian and Ryan Chase introduced baby daughter Yvie, born through IVF at the Bourn Hall Clinic, to the people who made her life possible.

When Yvie, the first of 50 babies born with the help of the clinic to date, was born on New Years Day this year, she was the clinics first arrival since it opened in June 2013.

The Lowestoft couple had waited more than five years to have a baby, having started trying after they got married in 2008.

Mr Chase said: We were advised to make some lifestyle changes including exercise and diet and to try and minimise stress, which was difficult in our jobs.

Months later, it was revealed that Mrs Chase had a condition which meant cells that form the womb lining were growing outside of the womb - which was causing their infertility.

They were referred for IVF treatment in 2013 and Mrs Chase fell pregnant after their first cycle.
