Greys Anatomy': Dr. Pierce Reveals Her Big Secret To Meredith Grey

Oh glorious Thursday, weve been waiting all week for you well, for Greys Anatomy actually. And boy did the staff atGrey Sloan Memorial Hospitaldeliver.

The drama continued this week on Greys Anatomy, but it wasnt between Meredith (Ellen Pompeo) and her sexy husband Derek (Patrick Dempsey). This time Mer released fury on her half-sister, newcomer Dr. Maggie Pierce (Kelly McCreary) but does she even know that shes her sibling?

There was a new narrator for this weeks Greys Anatomy on Thursday, Oct. 2 and it was the new doc in town, Maggie.

The young doctor started the show off with a little peak into her personal life. We quickly find out that she has the most amazing and loving adoptive parents who are her number one fans, but we also get to see just how hard it is to juggle such an intense position at the hospital.

And having to work next to your difficult half-sister who doesnt even know youre blood-related, doesnt make it any easier.

The stressed relationship between Meredith and her half-sister Maggie just keeps getting worse. But what Grey relationship is ever smooth? Maggie spent the episode trying to avoid Mer at all costs, and telling herself that shes lived without a sister this long so she doesnt need one now.

But as much as Maggie is trying to push the thought of having Meredith as family, she cant help but see the positives in her. When Maggie walked into the cafeteria she wasinformed Meredith had adopted a beautiful sick baby, which makes her realize that just maybe Mer isnt the black plague.

Those feelings didnt last long, when the two sisters butted heads over a dying patient. Maggie was told personally by a cancer-ridden elderly womento let her die and when the patient flatlined for a second time in the matter of hours, Meredith insisted on saving her, but had to step aside and allow Maggie to do compressions (it was her patient). Maggie had different plans she wanted to respect the patients wishes and opted to let thewomen die peacefully.

Meredith, on the other hand, was not happy about this decision and let it be known with a silent terrifying stare down, thenremoved her gloves and stormedout of the room.

As tough as she is, you cant help but feel bad for Maggie. During this episode, she is constantly on the phone with her parents trying to tell them not to worry about her and her lack of friends and that she made the right decision with her job. Well, that was up until the end of the episode when she calls them to say, I think it was a mistake coming hereI dont feel like I can be myself.
