Meredith Grey andDerek Shepherdhave been primetimes favorite medical couple for ten seasons on Greys Anatomy, but is Season 11 bringing on a divorce? Meredith (Ellen Pompeo) reveals that her marriage is in trouble, with Derek (Patrick Dempsey) considering leaving Seattle for his opportunity in Washington, D.C. Will he go? Will Meredith follow him? Will they split?

Season 10 ended with Derek telling Meredith about his amazing job opportunity to work with the President in Washington, D.C. (Were still waiting for aScandal crossover, but thats besides the point.)

In the first-ever look at Season 11, Meredith tells her hubby that shes not going with him.

I am staying here, Meredith says firmly, in her oh-so-Meredith Grey tone.

The trailer cuts to April (Sarah Drew) and Jackson (Jesse Williams) with her telling her man hes dying inside. (Shes talking about McDreamy.)

The real heart-wrencher? Karev (Justin Chambers) embraces Mer, as she admits, I just dont know if my marriage can survive this.

Ah! But what about Zola?!
