Greys Anatomy season 10, episode 21 airs tonight: A Shepherd arrives

As Cristina prepared for the Harper Avery Awards her sibling heart patients began going into heart failure. All of them had to be put onto the transplant list.

Later, at the awards, Cristina realized that she didnt want to be there alone as she told Owen and Meredith. Luckily, the two showed up anyways. What they werent prepared for was finding out Cristina didnt win.

Derek got scolded by Owen for falling behind on his work at the hospital thanks to his research project. In order to make up for it Derek spent the night teaching the residents.

After forgetting to tell Meredith that he had Callie and Arizona take the kids the couple realizes they need to make some changes.

April was shocked to find out how Jackson really felt about her religious beliefs. When it doesnt look like they can come to a compromise on the subject she decides to leave.

Jackson is given the daunting task of delivering disappointing news to the doctors. Meanwhile, Dereks sister Amelia drops by for a surprise visit, Richard surprises Catherine in Boston and when Bailey gets frustrated by the slow pace of her research, she makes a risky decision on Greys Anatomy, THURSDAY, APRIL 24 (9:00-10:00 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network.
