The agony of a long distance relationship has yet to set in on Merediths coast of the country. That is until only Dereks voicemail will answer her calls. On tonights Greys Anatomy season 11, episode 16, Meredith is not the only person watching a past relationship become reincarnated. Maggie, Richard, Callie, and Arizona each have their own rebirth to labor through.

The voice that launched 1000 ships made its debut on last weeks Greys Anatomy. After Meredith came to terms with her 100% success rate in the OR correlating with Dereks departure, her attempt to share her triumphs fall on ears other than her husbands. Meanwhile, April and Jackson slip back into their rounds under the radar.

Callie may be full of advice for Maggie to get a move on in her love life, but what happens when it is time for her to move on from Arizona? Maggie and Richard are going to have a brush with Alzheimers on tonights episode that sparks a conversation about Ellis that causes both of them to take a look at the woman who brought them together.

Alex has filled his post as surrogate Person in Merediths life as well as he can since Cristinas departure. But sometimes Meredith needs someone who wont turn to logic immediately in any given situation.
