This week on Greys Anatomy Aprils mother will be coming into town to help with baby preparations. But unfortunately, April wont be as enthused about the visit as Jackson will.

Aprils mother will be looking to help the couple as much as possible. So much so that April, who is probably a bundle of hormones, will just get annoyed. The blowout wont be pretty!

Meanwhile, drama between Meredith and Derek will continue when he wants to get to know Maggie. Derek is of the opinion that they should treat her as family and have her over for dinner. Whereas Meredith is happy to keep Maggie at arms length. It will only continue to drive a rift between the two.

Owen becomes invested in a patient when he realizes she may have served in the military, Aprils mother (Connie Ray) pays her daughter a visit and bonds with Jackson, and Derek plans a family dinner. Meanwhile, a patients diagnosis causes Bailey to reconsider her own health issues and Dr. Herman drops a bombshell on Arizona, on Greys Anatomy, THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 6 (8:00-9:00 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network.
