I recently purchased the neem balm for psoriasis on my hands and its wonderful! Within minutes it stops the itching, dryness, and irritation. Neem Balm is used as an emollient as well as providing relief from itchiness and inflammation. Shea Butter nourishes your skin while the Beeswax helps lock moisture in. The consistency is that of ointment and it melts on contact with your skin making it easy to massage in.

Directions: apply a small amount at first to test for skin sensitivity. Afterwards, massage into affected areas several times a day. Neem can help reduce the itchiness at first then help improve redness, inflammation, and flaky skin. The time this takes depends on the person and condition but can range from the same day to up to a couple of weeks.
