Help find Grinch who robbed pharmacy during holidays

Crime Stoppers is asking the public's help to track down a suspect who held up a Harris County pharmacy over the Christmas holidays.

Just before 11 a.m. on Dec. 30, the suspect entered Walgreen's at 8206 Texas 6, approached the pharmacy counter and handed a note to the employee, according to a Crime Stoppers press release.

"The note contained threatening statements, and (the suspect) demanded prescription drugs from behind the counter," the press release states. "The victim complied, and surrendered numerous pills to the suspect."

The robber fled in a early 2000 model dark-colored Ford F-150.

Investigators describe the suspect as a white male, about 25-30 years old, about 6 feet tall, having light brown facial hair and weighing between 180-190 pounds. He was last seen wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt, a black jacket, dark pants and dark colored shoes.

The robbery was captured on the pharmacy's security cameras.

Anyone with information about the suspect is asked to contact Crime Stoppers of Houston at 713-222-TIPS (8477).
