I need someone to take room by April 1st. Share 2 bed 1 bath house. The room is a pretty good size. Unfurnished or furnished bedroom with cable access for TV in room (I #39;ve extra TV if you need it), large closet. Great location in Clairemont shopping, right cross street with restaurants, theaters, pharmacy, fast food stores, grocery store, beauty and nail salons, hardware store, clotting stored and near gas station. Relaxed, fun, friendly atmosphere. Nice neighbors. Common areas include: Nice huge backyard, some vegetables plants and fruit trees. Patio with BBQ! one gas and other mesquite grills, great lawn (landscape on my own, its my therapy), palm trees, canopy, hammock, solar led lights, birds feeders and nice size tolls storage, free WiFi, free water, gas electric free (up to $65, over we share the bill, but the average its $50), Living room w/ TV home-theatre (no TV service, but can be connect if you like and we share bill, I don #39;t care about TV), nice lighting, dinner set and comfortable couch, well appointed kitchen (like to cook?...see "herb garden!") in the kitchen washer and dryer, some storage in secure outbuilding own garage, and street parking. Friends welcome to enjoyed BBQ #39;s or great time, always respecting neighbor #39;s space (patio its fenced). In the heart of Clairemont close to 52, 805 and 5 highways. Looking for responsible, drama-free roommate that knows how to live with others. Smoking ok outside (there is huge patio for that). Female preferred. Good ...
