Actor and comedian Jerry Seinfeld believes he is on the autism spectrum, he revealed in an interview on Thursday night.

The 60-year-old star said he finds social engagement difficult and struggles to read meaning from people's facial expressions and body language.

Seinfeld - who is married with three children - was speaking on the NBC Nightly News With Brian Williams show.
