LeClairRyan Forms Compounding Pharmacy Investigation and Litigation Team

WASHINGTON, Dec. 20, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Responding to the needs of an industry facing increased pressures, the national law firm of LeClairRyan has announced the creation of a Compounding Pharmacy Investigation and Litigation team.

The firm's newest team is strategically positioned to provide legal counsel and representation to compounding pharmacies across the nation at a time when these facilities experience closer scrutiny and heightened oversight by state pharmacy regulators and, potentially, the Food and Drug Administration.

The Compounding Pharmacy Investigation and Litigation Team consists of five attorneys based in the firm's Washington, D.C. and Boston offices. Joining Mr. Ruggio are Kevin G. Kenneally, a shareholder and Boston office leader; Nancy M. Reimer, a shareholder, also based in Boston; and associates Sarah C. Reimers and Morgan F. Robinson, both resident in the Washington office.
