On Monday evening, May 24, NAMI Sussex will welcome guest speaker Elena Kravitz, Coordinator of NAMI New Jerseys Hearts and Minds program, to discuss how to maintain wellness while living with a mental health condition. The presentation will be held online via Zoom from 7:00-8:30 p.m. The public is welcome to attend free of charge. The Hearts and Minds program focuses on inner and outer wellness for people living with a mental health condition. Ms. Kravitz will cover medical self-advocacy, smoking cessation, addictions, healthy eating, exercise, diabetes and metabolic syndrome. She will present sample food and exercise journals.
