Like other districts throughout the state of Wyoming, the Lincoln County School District No. 2 will be grappling with ways to trim next years budget.

As a result of 3.5 percent cut in state funding the local school district will be dealing with a $400,000 shortfall as they prepare a temporary budgets scheduled to be reviewed by the school board in May.
