Meredith will be looking for clues into the truth about Maggies birth tonight on Greys Anatomy season 11, episode 4, Only Mama Knows.

On the last episode of Greys Anatomy Meredith took sanctuary at Alexs house to vent about Maggie. Even though Alex was nervous about his meeting with the board he took the time to help Meredith look into her mothers medical files. What he found revealed that Ellis was indeed pregnant right around the correct time period of Maggies birth.

Callie took on a new wounded veterans project along with Owen and Jackson. Despite already being stretched thin, Callie was excited to meet their potential surrogate. However, Arizona seemed to keep looking for excuses. Finally, Callie tuned into Arizonas hints and wasnt happy about it. Its unclear where the couple stands now that they arent trying to have another baby.

Now that Derek isnt going to D.C. there doesnt seem to be enough room for both Shepherds in the Neuro department. Even though Amelia is technically the head of Neuro, Derek continually went over her head. Hes clearly taking out his anger on his sister.

After giving presentations to the board, Bailey got the spot left vacant by Cristina. But where does that leave Alex?

Secrets from Ellis Greys past come to light when Meredith watches old videos and reads through her mothers journals. Meanwhile, Maggie rocks the hospital with an unexpected announcement; Alex gets new responsibilities and Callie focuses her attention on the Veterans project on Greys Anatomy, THURSDAY, OCTOBER 16 (8:00-9:00 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network.

If youre unable to watch the episode live, ABC offers full episodes of Greys Anatomy on its official website. However, they typically arent up for several days.
